General Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of general terms and conditions . By ordering from our site, you accept our general terms and conditions, including our Privacy Statement.
WT Global Inc reserves the right to change prices. Prices at the time of placing an order are valid throughout the buying process. At times where software or human errors for instance list products with an obvious faulty price, WT Global Inc reserves the rights to cancel the order notifications will be given.
Placing an Order
To be able to buy Products you have to:
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide your name and address, phone number, email address, payment details and other required information.
Cancellation of Orders
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
• We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
• We do not deliver to your area.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and refund payment in full.
Change of Product Assortment
WT Global Inc. reserves the right to change its stock availability on the site and to remove items from the product range before a purchase has been registered.
We do our best to make sure that all of the content on our site is correct. However, as we are only human, we reserve the right that unintentional errors may occur..
All shipped packages are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report it to the courier upon delivery. If you notice any damages when you unpack your items, please contact us at: orders[at]mayako.com.
Accepted forms of payment are:
• Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
• Wire Transfer, minimum $1000
Please note that prices do not include possible import duties and/or taxes. Additional fees for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and WT Global Inc cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on import and customs policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
All orders are shipped via DHL, UPS or Fedex from Hong Kong. Orders can be tracked using the following links:
Upon receipt of the order the customer is obliged to check that the
products correspond to the order. Any problems with items in your order
must be reported to us within seven (7) days of receipt. This includes
missing or not shipped items, defective or damaged parts. You can return
the defective or damaged parts within 30 days of the date of your order
with prior authorization (this means we have to agree with the return).
All returned products must be new, in their original packaging. The
cost for the products delivered to our warehouse is entirely at the
customer’s expense. If you want to return any product please contact us
at: orders[at]mayako.com. No refunds for any digital downloadable products, annual memberships or access.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of WT Global Inc or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. This site or any portion of it may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the expressed written consent of WT Global Inc. Third party content, including trademarks, trade names, characters, and trademarks and copyrights is the property of the third parties that market or license that content, and is used by WT Global Inc subject to license, or subject to the fair use. Users of the WT Global Inc web site are expressly forbidden to misuse any content or any third party content that appears on the web site.
The WT Global Inc privacy statement is designed to demonstrate our commitment to privacy. We respect your privacy. Any personal information that you provide is used for the purpose of giving you the best possible after sale support and information.
Unless we have your expressed consent, we will not disclose your
personal information to any third parties except our own Authorised Mayako Service Centers. Our service centers will receive your contact information, along with order details, so that we can support you to the best of our ability. We will not sell, rent or
trade your personal information to others for marketing purposes without
your expressed consent. We may collect statistics regarding the use of
our web shop, such as traffic patterns and related site information, but
this information will not include any personal identifying information.
Security of your information :
We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us. This is to prevent unauthorized access or unlawful processing of your personal information. This includes our Authorised Mayako Service Centers
When you subscribe to our newsletter you can be assured that your personal information and email address will not be sold, exchanged, or in any way shared with third parties. We keep your personal information private, and will only use your email address to send you the newsletters you requested. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at anytime.
The Mayako Performance Community Membership is purchased with a one time payment. Membership lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase. The membership comes with benefits listed in the product description, and are subject to change.
Performing any of the following is against the intention of the membership program and may result in your membership being terminated immediately with no refund:
• Purchasing discounted cars or parts for non members.
• Purchasing discounted cars or parts for re sale.
• Sharing members only information.
• Sharing the Mayako discord link.
• Falsely claiming family status for membership benefits.
No refunds are possible for the annual memberships.
